Halloween Notice to Residents:

Halloween is not a TOE sanctioned event, but rather a nationally recognized holiday. The TOE doesn’t have any authority to cancel Halloween, or restrict others from participating in the festivities. For 2020, The TOE will NOT be closing our Main Street downtown for our annual Fall Celebration OR ANY OTHER STREET.

Anyone who desires to participate in Halloween related activities, should adhere to any public health recommendations from the Unicoi County Health Department, and the State of Tennessee.

If you have any Covid-19 symptoms, please do not participate in any Trick-or-treating activities. Please be safe and use common sense by wearing masks and practicing social distancing.

As always, please remember to drive carefully,  and help keep our trick-or-treaters safe!

2020 Elephant Revival

8 new statues adorn our historic Main Street. On display now through December 1.   Place your silent bids until December 1, 2020 at 4 pm at Town Hall in person, or by calling 423.743.6231.  Bidding starts at $1500 and all proceeds benefit local charities and the Elephant Sanctuary in Hohenwald Tennessee..
