The officers of the Erwin Police Department would like to thank you for visiting our website. We are proud to protect and serve our citizens and take this responsibility very seriously. Our department is staffed with the best and brightest of officers to serve our town. We are committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our residents while improving their quality of life.

 

The department has 12 full-time sworn police officers, all of whom are certified by the State of Tennessee. The Patrol Division has 10 Officers with three supervisors. The Criminal Investigation Division has one investigator. 

The department has four clandestine drug lab-certified officers for our own drug lab team and has a drug lab-certified officer on each patrol shift.
